How is your hospital radio station changing?
As you will have seen on our main site, one of the sections we are focusing on is the changing face of hospital radio. With hospitals closing, people having less time to volunteer, and premises starting to cost much more money, several hospital radios across the country are having to adapt to survive. Whilst some stations have sadly had to close, others have shown that sometimes a willingness to continue, some inspirational people and some blind luck have meant that stations could survive.
Is your station an example of this? Have you been forced or voluntarily moved premises recently? Are you expanding your services? Is your membership looking healthy or empty?
We'd love to hear about what is happening out there!
